STEP FOR THE FUTURE

STEP for the Future is an international project that supports young people in developing skills for life and work. It was created in cooperation among four countries and provides schools, videos, methodologies, and online tools for modern education.

Our organization had the unique opportunity to be part of the international project "STEP for the Future," which aims to support young people in developing key skills for life, entrepreneurship, and the labor market of the future. In collaboration with experienced partners from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Ukraine, the project created an innovative educational program that reflects the needs of the current generation and responds to the current challenges of both formal and non-formal education.

As project partners, we actively participated in the creation of methodologies that represent a modern approach to education in secondary schools. We worked on testing, evaluating, and adapting educational tools that provide attractive and practically applicable content for high school students. We also utilized our experience and expertise in creating an educational video based directly on the developed methodologies – it serves as an illustrative and interactive supplement for both students and educators.

A significant output of our cooperation was also the web portal, which we designed and technically implemented. The website serves as a central space where all created materials, methodologies, videos, and guides are available for educators to apply directly in teaching or to use as inspiration for their own work with students. At the same time, the portal connects schools, lecturers, and experts from the involved countries, creating a space for networking and exchange of experience.

The educational program utilizes the "learning by doing" method and is built on the principles of teamwork, project management, presentation skills, and entrepreneurship development. It also emphasizes soft skills such as assertive communication, critical thinking, planning, and financial literacy – areas that are crucial not only for the labor market but also for everyday life.

We are proud to have contributed to a project that has a real impact on the younger generation. We believe that through our joint efforts, we are creating a practical, meaningful, and open educational space that will inspire other schools, educators, and organizations.
