User Agreement

Terms of
Website Use
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter
— the Agreement) represents an offer of terms for the use of the website
https://www.gud-car.space/ (hereinafter — the Site), on behalf of the Site
Administration to a physical person (including representatives of legal entities) (hereinafter —
the User), and regulates the terms of providing information by the User for
placement on the Site.
1.2. Any physical person who has accessed the Site at any time and has reached
the age permissible for the acceptance of this Agreement is considered a User of the Site.
1.3. The User is obliged to fully familiarize themselves with this Agreement before
the moment of registration on the Site. Registration of the User on the Site signifies
full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement by the User. In case of disagreement
with the terms of the Agreement, the use of the Site must be immediately terminated.
1.4. This Agreement may be changed and/or supplemented by the Site Administration
unilaterally without any special notice. This
Agreement is an open and publicly accessible document.
1.5. The Agreement assumes mutual rights and obligations of the User and
the Site Administration.

Order of
Site Use
2.1. The Site allows the User
to view and download information exclusively for personal
non-commercial use. It is forbidden to modify the site materials,
distribute them for public or commercial purposes.
2.2. When registering and creating orders, the User agrees
to provide true and accurate information about themselves and their contact details.
2.3. During the registration process, the User receives a login and password, for the security
of which they bear personal responsibility.
2.4. The User may contact the Site Administration with questions,
complaints, wishes, or any other information. In doing so,
the User bears responsibility that their submission is not
illegal, threatening, does not violate copyrights, does not contain
discrimination, insults, or otherwise contradict the current legislation
of Ukraine.

Personal
Information of the User
3.1. The Site Administration approaches
confidential information of any person who has become a visitor to this site with respect
and responsibility. By accepting this Agreement,
the User grants consent to the collection, processing, and use of information
in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".
3.2. The Site Administration collects only that information which
the User provides voluntarily.
3.3. The Administration collects both basic data (name, surname, title,
address, email) as well as technical data (cookies, connection information,
system information).
3.4. The User agrees that the confidentiality of data transmission over
the internet is not guaranteed if access to this data was obtained outside
the technical control of the Administration.
3.5. The Administration may use the collected information for
site improvement, marketing, or research purposes.

It is prohibited
on the Site:
4.1. To place materials that
violate the current legislation of Ukraine, norms of international law, or
the rights of third parties.
4.2. To incite the commission of illegal acts, as well as to assist persons whose
actions are aimed at violating restrictions and prohibitions valid in the territory of
Ukraine.
4.3. To violate the rights of minors and/or cause them harm in
any form.
4.4. To discriminate against the rights of minorities.
4.5. To impersonate another person or a representative of an organization and/or
community without sufficient rights for such action.
4.6. To mislead regarding the properties and characteristics of any goods
from the Site's catalog.
4.7. To unfairly compare goods, as well as to form a negative
attitude towards persons who (do not) use certain goods, or to condemn
such persons.
4.8. To upload content that the User does not have the right to make available
under the current legislation of Ukraine or under any
contractual relationships.
4.9. To place content that violates any patent, trademark,
trade secret, copyright, or other rights to intellectual
property objects of third parties.
4.10. To upload any advertising, spam, chain letters, financial
pyramids, or any other offers of a harassing nature.
4.11. To use software and perform activities
aimed at disrupting the normal operation of the Site infrastructure
or the devices of third parties.

Limitation
of Liability of the Site Administration
5.1. The Administration bears no
responsibility for possible malfunctions and interruptions in Site operation and for the loss of
information caused thereby.
5.2. The Administration bears no responsibility for any damage to the User's devices
associated with the use of the Site or navigating
links placed on it.
5.3. The Administration does not guarantee that:
– information on the Site will meet the User's expectations;
– the Site will operate continuously and without errors;
– the results that may be obtained when using the Site
will be accurate and reliable.
5.4. No recommendations or information obtained by the User from
the Administration establish any warranties that are not stated in this
Agreement.
5.5. In the event of force majeure circumstances (war, state of emergency,
natural disasters, etc.), the Administration has the right to suspend Site operation without
prior notification to the User.
5.6. The Administration has the right to refuse access to the Site to any
User or group of Users without giving a reason.
5.7. The Administration has the right to change or delete information that
violates this Agreement or the current legislation of Ukraine.
5.8. All product names, logos, and trademarks placed on the Site
belong to their owners.
5.9. The Site Administration is not an organizer/initiator of deals between
Users and Sellers, does not verify the quality, safety, legality
of the offered goods and services, or the truthfulness of the information.
5.10. Complaints regarding liability for goods, orders, payments, or
delivery must be submitted directly to the Seller.

Agreement
Validity Period
6.1. This Agreement enters into force upon
any use of this Site by the User.
6.2. The Agreement is valid for an indefinite period.
6.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, it does not affect the
validity of the remaining provisions.
6.4. All disputes are resolved through negotiations and in case of failure to reach
agreement — through court proceedings in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
6.5. To this Agreement and legal relationships arising in connection with its
performance, the law of Ukraine applies.
6.6. By using this site, the User grants consent to the processing of their
personal data in accordance with the current legislation.
